Sergio’s place is nice and super well located. it’s really nice that him (and the folks and the coffee shop below) were very nice and even included a free coffee. I was just there for a day and everything went smoothly. Would recommend

Sergio's place was perfect for our stay in CDMX. We loved being right above the cafe and how much there was to do in the neighborhood. Sergio was responsive and kind, definitely stay here for your trip!

Sergio was a helpful host and when our airline moved our flight to earlier than anticipated, he allowed us to store our luggage until checking in, this was very helpful. Sergio’s building is beautiful and in a great location. He was a good host and communicated via the app very well, letting us know multiple times that cleaning and fresh towels could be available if we needed One thing to note, however, is that the room itself was fairly warm for us. We knew there was not AC which can be fine, however, the window in this room opens up to the interior of the building to the cafe below. Opening the window didn’t relieve the stuffiness much and was not ideal to keep open given the cafe downstairs. Overall I would stay with Sergio again if he would have us, but this is something to consider.
