Nice place, clean and well stocked kitchen. Cindy with coastline was VERY kind and helpful. Instructions were clear and home was easy to get into. Appliances were nice and closets were very nice. We loved that it included a golf cart as this was very helpful. Areas for slight improvement could be the living room rug was a little dirty and pulling up on one side. We continued to trip on it, so we ended up placing a chair over the area. The golf cart was great, but the seats are full of water. You had to use towels to ride, and even then the water would work its way through the towels. This had us washing beach towels a lot. The listing says that it sleeps 6 people. Probably because the bunk beds were full size and perhaps that means 4 people can sleep in that room? Our children are 17, 15, and 11. Different genders and would never sleep together. It was fine, my oldest slept on the coach, which is not a pull out sofa. Realistically, it’s a stretch to say it sleeps 6. Would recommend!

We had a great time at this Lakefront Villa in Sandestin. It was an awesome place to stay with a very relaxing feel. Loved the view of the lake, the golf cart was a huge plus, and the villa was in the perfect location to easily access the beach with just a short golf cart ride. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!! We love Sandestin!

Overall amazing stay! Everything was in working condition, appeared to be a newer unit, or recently upgraded. There were roofers there putting on new roofs in a couple of the units including ours. We came home one day from the beach and the water supply had been turned off, by accident I'm sure. We called and Coastline sent someone out stat! They had the water back up and running almost immediately. One note, there is a constant flow of water coming off of the roof onto the front door gate. The service tech explained to us that is how they have the A/C condensation running off of the roof. No worry to us, except it was annoying when ever we walked out the front we were getting dripped on. Maid service seemed to have left a load of towels from the previous stay, in the washer. I just grabbed them and threw them in the dryer. Fishing off of the lake out back was fun for a day at the unit - when the weather wasn't so great to be at the beach. Wonder spot, walking distance to most places.
