one of the best places I'veever stayed owner was very helpful and respectful he also provided welcoming fruit and a bottle of cider he also had so many little things for us to use like disposable slippers city had a water outage he paid for them to refill the water tanks and didn't charge me a penny even tho I offered we be back next year for a month

Misael and Ann's place was a haven for our family while visiting Butuan City, Philippines. The place was very safe and in a gated community. We were met at the at the gate by Anie, who had given us a very warm welcome and guided us to the house. A basket full of delicious fruits and a sparkling drink was waiting for us, it was refreshing. The place was beautifully laid out and very clean. Their was a mini bar of coffee supplies and small snacks. WIFI was super fast. Water supply was great. Misael & Ann was very generous and accommodating with our request to have some of our family over for a dinner one day. Everyone in our family truly appreciated their gesture. Communicating with them was a breeze and a very positive experience. The neighborhood is accessible to local transportation, it's only 10-15 min. drive to major mall, groceries or supermarket, depending on where you're going. We're very thankful to Misael & Ann for hosting our stay in Butuan .

The house is perfect for us, private and secure. Our kids felt at home, I’m very grateful for the AC since we’re not used to hot weather plus a place where we can do our own laundry. We got to walk every morning to buy hot pandesal. My kids got to experience riding tricycle 😜 every time we go to the SM Mall, it’s not something we have in the US. We have a lot of memories during our short 2 weeks vacation even though the weather was hot 🥵. We didn’t get to used the pool so I cannot comment on that. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Thank you ate Anne for helping us with our questions and needs. Will keep this place in mind in the future. Also there’s fruit stands on the street nearby, fresh fruits, sweet mangoes and lansones In July.

Loved this home! Feels like home. Has all the amenities that other places do not offer, Plus more. Thank you for the fruits and and mixed coffee packets and treats. I think that simple gestures goes along the way. Ate Anne was great and helpful if we need anything. I do need to 2 request things that I encountered during my stay: 1. Update the address. I showed The security guard at the entrance the address and they told me it’s incorrect. They won’t allow entry until the address is confirmed. 2. Microwave would be very helpful for heating up food. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay and will be back again. Thank you
