The apt offered by Mr. Jai at Nainital was just fabulous. The property was clean & as described in the photos. The security manager & care taker Manju Di was very helpful & responsive. They will help you at any time & with any problem. The amenities in the apt were all working & as mentioned in the listings. Our stay was peaceful & nice without any hassle. But, no one is perfect. I would like to point out a few glitches: 1. Not recommended for old age people because it’s 20 mins steep walk to the property from mall road. I was with my mom who is 70. We had issues with commuting from the apt. Tip: You get taxis at Mall road at 200 bucks one way and you can ask the caretaker to book a cab from the apt to mall road too. 2. The stay is a little pricy. I paid almost 10.8k + 1500 for lunch/dinner which comes to a total of 12.3k per day which is on the higher side. 3. The view of nainital lake is obscured by trees. So you can hardly see the lake from the apt Rest our stay was perfect.

Nice place, as per photos. Jai is very responsive and easy to communicate with, the caretaker Manju is very kind and polite. the place is spacious and more or less as per pictures. Downsides: 1. The place is high up, so walking down can be tricky if you are with old or unfit people, walking up will be impossible 2. One of the toilets got chocked and was unusable 3. A mouse was running around the villa throughout our stay 4. Furniture needs maintenance - broken drawers, wardrobe handles

Thanks for Hosting us. Villa Bliss is a beautiful and Luxurious Listing. One of the best stay if travelling with friends and family. We had an amazing time staying at this place. Listing is as it is described and shown in pictures. Host Jai is very friendly, helpful and prompt with responses. Special thanks to care taker Manju Ji.
