Guest suite / apartment in villa with a private swimming pool in front of the sea. Bay view infinity pool. Santa Marinella is a small seaside town close to Rome and the international airport. In my villa you will find yourself almost in the middle of the sea, to the sound of the waves lulling you to sleep, in a calm environment away from the life of crowded city centers, you will find your well-being and the right attitude. The pool is for the exclusive use. Kids from 7 years old are welcome! The apartment is a part of a typical sea villa with the seafront terrace and the panoramic swimming pool with sea view, there is the gate on the sea side to access to the free beach. The apartment is on two floors, there are four bedrooms (on the first floor with staircase), three bathrooms, living room, veranda with the kitchen and dining area. The guest part of the villa has its own entrance from the courtyard which is shared with the owner. Ground floor: a living room, kitchenette and dining room, a bathroom with shower, exterior: seafront terrace with sun loungers, dining table with panoramic view, swimming pool. First floor: four bedrooms with balconies, a bathroom in the corridor, an internal bathroom. The beds: "yellow bedroom" a super king size bed 200x220cm (ensuite bathroom); "green bedroom" a king bed 190x210cm; "blue bedroom" a queen size bed 170x200cm; "rose bedroom" a double bed 140x200cm. On the beds there are comfortable mattresses covered with waterproof mattress covers, there are pillow covers on the pillows. Kitchen: 90 cm modern gas oven with gas grill, 6 gas burners, glass lid, moka for gas cookers, kettle for gas cookers, Miele dishwasher, Miele 8 kg washing machine, Miele separate dryer with heat pump , microwave, toaster, plates, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, refrigerator with freezer.

We had a great stay at this place. The pictures are accurate. The pool and the views are amazing. The owner and his family truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything it could be. I highly recommend staying here and will be back in the future. If you make it there, go out the gate on the ocean side and turn left. Walk about 200 yards and try the food trucks there. All three are the same family and it was good stuff.

Santa Marinella is a city that extends along the coast for 18 km, the villas overlook the sea and have private access to the beaches. The sea is so close that sometimes during the storm it enters the gardens and on the terrace, so you stay practically inside the sea water. The sea has no borders and is subjected to the wind.
The place where our house is located is characterized by free and equipped beaches.

There is a bus stop in front of the house.
We can pick you up at the train station ("Santa Marinella" or "Santa Severa"), it takes 5 minutes to reach the house from the railway station.
There is also an intercity bus "Cotral" that takes you to Rome directly to the metro station "Cornelia" near the Vatican area, the bus stop is next to the house.
If you don't have a car or a rental one, tell me and we'll find a way to get around.
It is possible to organize transfers to and from the airport Fiumicino, Ciampino / Civitavecchia port for a fee.
The train station Santa Marinella is 5 km from the house.
The train station Santa Severa is 3 km. from the house.
The local bus takes 10 minutes to reach the "Santa Marinella" train station.
It is not possible to reach the train station on foot from the house.
Train to Rome leaves every 30 minutes, it takes 45 minutes to reach Rome San Pietro (Vatican), 55-60 minutes to reach Rome Termini central station, the price for 1 way is 4,60 €.

To go to Rome by car:
exit on the Rome-Civitavecchia A12 / E80 highway: distance 1 minute from the house, after 10-15 minutes take the Torrimpietra exit and go by Via Aurelia SS1 until Rome GRA (great ring road) it takes 10-15 minutes and enter into Rome.
To go to Rome by train
from the Santa Marinella train station :
train to Rome leaves every 30 minutes, it takes 45 minutes to reach Rome San Pietro (Vatican), 55-60 minutes to reach Rome Termini central station.
from the santa Severa train station it takes 40 minutes to reach San Pietro.
To go to Rome by bus "Cotral".
Blu bus reaches Rome metro station "Cornelia" (1h20 min.-1h40 min).
Ottaviano or Cipro stop: the first is closest to St. Peter's Basilica, the second is closest to the Vatican Museums entrance
The bus also goes to nearby towns Ladispoli, Civitavecchia.
