Such a great stay at Janell’s place! It was plenty of space for our crew that went to a conference at the Broadmoor. Simple access to the Broadmoor by car or bike. The beds were comfy and there were multiple bathrooms available. Most importantly, the deck and outdoor space was outstanding! Janell was responsive and was very helpful when the hot tub wasn’t working. Would absolutely recommend staying at Janell’s place!

We had a lovely stay! What a convenient location to all the springs has to offer. The trail beside home is so awesome with amazing views!!

The location was smack dab in the middle of everything we wanted to visit! The family loved the hot tub and massage chair! Our 2 yr old loved all the toys! It was super comfortable after sightseeing all day. We even had some mule deer in the backyard. Excellent views, wonderful stay!

Janell leases a beautiful home with well equipped essentials and thoughtful extras, such as popcorn and s’mores kit for plenty. Watching the sunrise and moonrise from the back deck, was one of our highlights. We even saw deer from the west deck, and the hot air balloon launches from the back deck. We couldn’t get enough of the hot tub and the pool, and the slide was an added surprise as I don’t remember reading about it. The location is great and always appreciate Dutch Bros being so close. Janell was quick to respond to my text, within 1/2 an hour. Instruction and local information printout was thorough and easy to follow.

The hosts were very responsive and polite. Their home was stocked with everything we needed from a high chair and pack & play to all the kitchen tools needed to cook daily. Upon checking in the hosts showed us how to operate everything, so that we could enjoy all of the amenities. Our family comes together once per year and this home was perfect. The whole group enjoyed the views, pool and slide, sun bathing deck, corn hole, and the kids enjoyed the many toys provided by the hosts. The fire pit on the deck was wonderful and complimented the phenomenal city scape, and the patio off the living room boasted the perfect mountain views for your morning coffee sesh. There’s many activities to do in the area; Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Cave of the Winds, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, hiking trails right off the back yard, and so much more. The Royal Gorge is about an hour and 20 minute drive, but very worth it. This house is so wonderful it should be a secret😉
