The towels and sheets didn't smell clean, the towels smelled of soap and body oils, and the linens smelled like body oils and mildew. The comforter was so bad, we had to put it in a closet. We asked for clean linens, but didn't get a response. The place was beautiful, and the location was great. We could hear the family upstairs living life, but that didn't bother us. We understood that it was an attached unit. Our 2 year old kids loved running around in the space and between rooms (pretty safe for kids!) so that is the thing that made the experience worth it, instead of getting a hotel. The parking instructions could have been clearer, though checking in and door ublock was super easy to do.

This lower level apartment is lovely and clean, and was a perfect location for our stay. There are walking trails nearby which were great for a morning walk. The household works hard to keep noise levels down and we had no problem with this. Getting down to the entrance is a little tricky (gravel and stairs) so I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with limited mobility. Otherwise our stay was great!

It was a pleasant experience staying at Eagle’s Nest once again! Nice location with picturesque backyard. Wonderful Hosts!

The description didn’t say it was an attached home. The owners were living above with a shared wall. It was noisy with sound of footsteps, conversation. The house was clean and minimalistic-bare minimum utensils, coffee making arrangement, TV and toiletries ( no shampoo) limited towels. We are used to Airbnb homes being well stocked so we didn’t take anything with us. Luckily our home was close by so we got supplies from home. The hosts were very responsive though and acknowledged they were in the process of adding more amenities. I am sure it’s in progress.

The unit was loud from family living upstairs- music, vacuuming, noxious cooking smells. There were zero supplies such as dishwasher detergent, adequate trash bags, broom, vacuum, or directions for checkout. I was contacted after checkout about how I hadn’t cleaned the unit- but nothing was provided for me, and then I was reprimanded by the host for not asking for cleaning supplies?
