We booked this place for our anniversary. It’s a beautiful place to be at. It’s close to everything. The rooftop pool area was my favourite! The reception/help desk was so kind. Neat place and breathtaking surroundings. We had a Table Mountain View. I’d definitely book this place again. Loved everything about it!

Had a lovely stay. The place is clean, very easy and comfortable to stay in. I had people come in and clean everyday. They had Netflix and Disney Plus. The people at reception were very friendly and there was lots of available parking. Highly recommend.

Our Board Chairperson had a terrible stay at the Newlands Peak apartment and reports that it should not be rented out. The first apartment he was given was unfinished in terms of the actual finishings. He was therefore moved to a finished apartment in which the fridge did not work. The restaurant and coffee shop advertised in the information about the apartment amenities were not functioning. As the whole building is paperless and electronic without a generator, meaning the building could not function during loadshedding. There was no UPS to provide wireless during loadshedding. No trickle charge emergency lighting during loadshedding. The building staff were under resourced and did not have sufficient capacity to deal with the many challenges.
