Insgesamt eine sehr positive Wohnung; allerdings ist es, wie in Italien sehr verbreitet, eine recht hellhörige Wohnung; die Sprechversuche des Kleinkindes nebenan z.B. morgens um 4 Uhr waren sehr klar zu vernehmen; die Fußboden-Heizung ist schwer zu regulieren, sodass es vor allem nachts sehr warm wurde; das Geschirr war leider nicht alles sehr sauber und mehr als nur ein kleiner Löffel wäre wünschenswert, ebenso Weingläser, ein Geschirrtrockentuch; sicherlich wäre auch ein Moskitonetz vor den Fenstern im Schlafzimmer und ein kleiner Couchtisch sinnvoll. Diese Einschränkungen lassen sich zum einen (einfach) beheben und haben unseren insgesamt erfreulichen Aufenthalt nur unwesentlich eingeschränkt.

A beautifully presented apartment, clearly intended to impart a sense of luxury and thoughtfulness for guests. We were also pleasantly surprised by how spacious it is, every room comfortably ample. Kitchen was well equipped, including coffee machine and generous supply of pods. However, typical of Italian kitchens, there is no kettle, so hot water is via the microwave. Coop is 8 minute walk and train station about 20; it took 25 minutes from door to platform at mild pace with rolling luggage. Endi was an outstanding host, cheerfully tolerant of our inability to give accurate arrival time until the last minute, and responding almost immediately to any message . He did forget to tell us that running multiple appliances concurrently may trip the main power off - oven and dryer seemed the main culprits - but that was easily resolved once we understood how to reset and to only run one thing at a time. We were well pleased with staying here and sincerely thank Endi for the opportunity.
