Beautiful house on the beach and strongly recommended if it fits your profile, we will definitely consider returning. The house would easily fit two families, the pool is amazing and the beach is very nice. It is super close to town and the airport, local shops right outside and felt 100% secure. Things that might be less appealing for some: the beach does have some rubbish either from the local community or washed from the city. The beach also gets very busy on weekends and holidays. We found the beach so much fun and were not hassled at all but it might put off some.

Nous avons passé un séjour assez agréable, belle maison, très propre et un accueil aux petits soins. Bel espace pour une famille notamment pour les enfants. Le staff sur place très gentil et serviable. Seul points négatifs pas de moustiquaire dans les chambres cela a été un vrai problème les nuits, et dommage que la plage ne soit pas entretenu par les locaux car trop de détritus. La maison nous recommandons surtout pour les familles qui passent par Dar el salam.

We had a great stay at Karibu Beach villa! The house is exactly as pictured, and we had a relaxing time hanging out on the grounds together. The pool is especially nice and there is easy beach access. Pets are allowed, which is a huge plus for us, and the kitchen is pretty well equipped. Musharaf was very responsive, communicative, and accommodating. We had a little repair issue that was resolved very quickly, and when one of the guests forgot an item at the house he had it delivered same day. The only thing to take into consideration is (as pictured) there are not bed nets over the beds, but we brought our own. It is also not easy to tell in photos, but on the compound is the guardian’s house that is also a water selling/delivery business, so there is usually 1-2 trucks per day coming to collect water for deliveries. You’ll need your own charcoal for the grill, and due to how it is designed it takes a very long time to grill meat as the rack is far from the flame. Overall recommend !!

I am surprised and very pleased after spending 2 weeks at this house. My family had a wonderful experience here! This was on the top of the list of best stays in Dar es Salaam. Host was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at place like that.They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this house for anyone visiting Dar es Salaam. I will definitely stay there when I come back!

I Loved this place so much, the host allowed me to celebrate my birthday there. It was private, straight by the beach. Musharaf the host was available at any moment we needed help. We also had a man who lived at the back house but was only there if we needed help with things. Only negative thing was it was little abit complicated finding the house but you just need to put on Gogle map “karibu beach villa” and follow the maps, don’t ask for direction from the local people cuz they don’t know where the place it at. But it’s worth booking this place, it’s such a beautiful place.
