We had a great time in Arizona for the Final Four! It was great having a place close to the stadium and photos were accurate for the space. It does seem like recent prior guests may have been a bit of a challenge, which I can sympathize with. We wish we'd known sooner about the lack of a dishwasher (the hosts did provide disposable dishware) and we weren't thrilled with having to accept the delivery of a new dishwasher on their behalf, but appreciated they rescheduled the installation that was originally scheduled during our stay. The bedrooms were very bare-bones (the master bed didn't have a fitted sheet on it) but seemed pretty clean otherwise. Overall the place is a great spot for larger groups that are not looking for an upscale space with lots of space - lots of TVs, lots of games and amenities to stay entertained outdoors and in, has most essentials. Brandon and Eva were quick to respond and helpful via the app messenger. Very nice pool and hot tub as well!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Beautiful house, lots of space! Spent a ton of time on the back patio watching games on the TV! Host was amazing and very responsive. We will definitely return for spring training next year!!
