We stayed here for a few nights as a family of 10 and truly enjoyed our stay. It was clean, clutter free and the host responded very quickly to our questions. The paddle boat and row boat were a huge hit as well! I’m not sure if the lake is appropriate for swimming, but we did do some fishing!

The view and area was beautiful. And unfortunately that’s the only good thing I have to say about our experience. I was notified at 12pm on our check in date that the house was not ready and uncleaned. I was given the option to check in 2 hours past our original check in time, which was not possible because we were hosting a retreat and had guests arriving at 5pm. When we arrived beds were unmade and bathrooms uncleaned. We had to clean things ourselves in a hurry to get the home ready for our retreaters. The floors looked like they haven’t been probably cleaned in months. Baseboards stained, hair in both showers, dead insects in the windows and on the sides of the beds. We still haven’t received a refund of our cleaning fee. Also the batteries in the smoke alarms were dying/dead and were excessively beeping. We had to take them off the walls which is extremely unsafe. The house is unkept and neglected by the company that manages it. I would not recommend.

This house is excellent for family gatherings, and the location is excellent. The house is private and has a beautiful view of the lake. There is a paddle boat, a canoe, and a kayak for guests to enjoy. We had a wonderful time there. But the 'Evolve' management is worst at its best, they are good at responding to emails and calls. But for any problems or queries, they will refer to the cleaning service. Why can't they offer a single contact for their guests? I asked for an early check-in if possible, so I contacted Evolve, and they referred me to the cleaning service. After our arrival, we found that there was no bin in the bathroom - contacted Evolve - they referred me to the cleaning service...... Why can't they tell us to contact the cleaning service if there is any problem after our arrival?

Beautiful, peaceful vacation. It’s very quiet all the time. The house is very nice and spacious. I love the two separate areas. Plenty of room for everyone. I wish I had more time to stay.
