Wahrscheinlich die schlechteste AirBnB Erfahrung bisher. Apartment sehr unsauber, alt, viele Dinge kaputt und viel zu voll gestellt.

We stayed for 6 weeks working remotely and this was the perfect place for that! There was one desk with a great window view (although it got a lot of sun so it was hot during the day) and a good kitchen table. The area is extremely safe and I get the feeling a lot of expats live here. It’s also one of the priciest neighborhoods for Santiago. Santa Maria grocery store is just around the corner. The rooms were a good size and the apartment is a corner apartment so it had views from every room! Love all the different balconies too. The AC was super nice. The laundry room is attached to the kitchen making it super easy to wash clothes. The door knob is broken. The kitchen was functional enough although only one burner worked. We had some issues when we first got in but just had to turn on the breaker. We deep cleaned the floors and all when we moved in. The host is super responsive and attentive. He stopped by a couple times to replace one of the desks and check the TV.

Perfect location to visit Santiago! We had a great second stay here. The place is exactly what you would expect, clean and comfortable. Carlos was a great host, responds quickly to every questions.

Very nice appartment, spectacular building and amazing views and first class rooftop pool. We enjoyed the very well equipped kitchen, the two bathrooms, two balconies and of course, the amazing rofftop pool. Everything was clean and the communication and building services were excellent. Only the traffic noise was a bit disturbing for us as the appartment is located next to a big street and you can hear it in all rooms. (Decided to mention that as other guests wrote that it's a quiet place and therefore we were a bit surprised...) But all in all it was a great experience, I'd definitely recommend it. Carlos was very helpfull and even fulfilled some extra wishes for us. Muchas gracias!
