My friend initially booked this place and the hosts cancelled on her a week before our trip without any notice just to post it again for DOUBLE the price. This was very upsetting since if we had been the ones to cancel we would not have gotten a refund since it was such short notice. I booked it on my account and they tried to cancel on me as well to increase the price AGAIN and I stated that does not follow AirBnB guidelines and they said they’d “let it slide” and let us stay. Told us we had the whole house when there was someone living in the basement. We had 3 towels when I booked for 5 people staying. Couldn’t wash towels because there was no laundry detergent. Lacked cooking supplies, left a drop of watered down dish soap so we had to buy some for the house. Had no dish towels so we had to buy some and went through the only paper towel roll they supplied in a day. Bathroom had hair everywhere. Hosts were very unfriendly. If we could have found another place to stay we would have.
