I will provide my review in three categories: Room, service, and feedback. 1. Room: The room is exactly as shown in the pictures and offers a good view. It is conveniently located near Yas Island theme park activities. 2. Service: Unfortunately, the service provided was poor. Some issues encountered include the host not answering phone calls (only available online), No revert from host on what’s app when we checked on kettle and toilet tissue. 3. ⁠a dirty kettle, a lack of extra toilet paper, having to request fresh towels, a and a non-functional side table alarm. 4.Feedback: In terms of feedback, I suggest making basic salt and sugar available, arranging for daily house cleaning, and ensuring that the host is accessible for phone conversations.

There were no pool towels, there was no dish washing clothes or washing liquid. As with the washing machine a small amount of washing powder or similar would be good. There were two chairs for the balcony but no small table. Also there was only one cushion for the two chairs. One was missing. A user guide for the equipments and AC would be useful - for example the coffee maker - needs instructions with regard how to use it and what you need by way of coffee type and the paper filters. Otherwise nice apartment and good value.

예약완료 후 체크인 안내를 하지 않아서 공항에서 2시간동안 에어비앤비 고객센터를 통해 연락을 했습니다. 연락이 되지않아서 아부다비 공항호텔에 다시 예약을 할뻔했어요. 응답속도가 너무 느리고 안내또한 친절하지 못했습니다.
