We stayed four nights while attending the Kentucky Derby. Great location for those that want to walk to the track in the morning and return at the end of the day. Fredie was very responsive and this rental went off without a hitch. Great job!

Great home base for our family of 8! Very clean and host gave great instructions. Fenced in yard with outside furniture and grill. Clean house with laundry facilities and great kitchen amenities and good water pressure. Only “negative” is that the back door is in the back bedroom (with bunks) and basement to cellar is in another bedroom. The neighborhood seems to be largely low income and college housing, but we didn’t have any issues during our stay.
