i'm not one to complain but this house needs a major upgrade...1st noticeable problem ...cracks in floor ...broken tiles in bathroom...dead bug in 2bd bedroom closet..top of fridge dirty...inside of oven under racks filthy...where we would not use it...rooms should be upgraded with new moulding etc ..tvs could not get local channels...shower luke warm at best..This is my first experience with AB&B....leaving a sour taste...also flashing on outside of house peeling off in several spots

host Cade answered quickly and allowed a late check out to accommodate. Easy check in. We stayed Monday to Friday for our vacation. Although we thought it was closer to Seaside Hights, we did get to explore Atlantic City, which was new for us. Having the washer and dryer helped! The only amenity we wish was there would be a microwave in place of the countertop dishwasher. We enjoyed the fire pit out back. All in all, we'd stay again next time!

great mini house. Cade's response was swift and extraordinary. very helpful he solved a minor problem that he was not obliged to solve. Value for money, Cade should just state that there is no microwave or toaster. We managed very well with the oven but it would be a plus to tell people first. the 3 televisions in the bedrooms worked perfectly and the beds were very comfortable. For the price, I found this place perfectly positioned in a peaceful area. Adding plates and glasses would be appreciated but overall we were not disappointed. I recommend this place taking into account what I wrote before. I plan to book next summer! have a good trip! Karine and Olivier august 2023

Cade was very responsive and understanding as I had to modify our stay, as well as when we were checking out. Place was so cute, welcoming and cozy. I would definitely go back to this home. Thank you very much Cade!

I would come back here,and to any of host's properties again, and already have!! Summer stays are just homey, I feel safe, convenient location. Cade is a great communicator and responds to any question i had timely.
