Perfect Santa Fe location. Friendly people at the office. Super clean, plenty of towels and necessities. Only issue was that the courtyard door didn’t lock, but they were quick to notify maintenance as soon as I informed them.

Overall the place was beautiful, well appointed and had everything we needed once we were in! Kitchen as well stocked, plenty of extra blankets and towels. Really walkable and close to everything. Check in and check out were a little bit complicated . They require that you pick up the keys from the office and then drive 7 minutes to the condo. Once we got into the condo complex, the signs for numbering were not clear at all, and we walked around and around until we found our place with all of our luggage. The key they provided didn’t work in the deadbolt and only worked in a hidden handle lock - which was not made clear. On check out we were required to drive back to the same main office about seven minutes drive a way to drop off the keys or they threaten to charge. In this day and age, a digital lock would’ve worked much better. At the very least there could’ve been a combination box with the key provided at the location and a key drop for check out.
