Two things I wish I had known own before we stayed there. Firstly, there were no comforters or blankets on the beds. Just sheets. Second, there’s no coffee maker of any kind. We also had a smoke alarm beeping for a low battery the entire time we stayed there (it was in a locked bedroom so we couldn’t change it). We had to leave early because no one slept well given the chirping and lack of blankets.

there was food in the fridge, food in the pantry, food in freezer. Not clear if we were supposed to use it before it went bad. No dish cloth, bathroom towels terrible. dirty under the beds, suspicious kleenex in nightstand drawers, bare light bulbs in livingroom ceiling . Backyard unkept. Gravel road full of holes. Quite not ready to rent, but it was...okay.

Overall speaking the place is nice, the house is new and modern. There's still some touch-ups to be done as the house is fairly new, and not everything is finished yet. There's a lot of space to relax in the house or just have fun with family/friends. There's a backyard in the back with a small BBQ. The basement has a small pool table and some other games to get you entertained. The only thing I would point out was the cleanness of the place. Bathrooms showers could be more clean (from the glass to the rest), as well as other mirros or glass surfaces around the house. Baseboards were dusty, there was socks and empty water bottles under our bed. The kitchen could use some a little more work as well, as there was grease and stains on the cabinets and appliances, as well as food left behind. Which I don't find okay, having in mind you pay a cleaning fee. Besides all of that, communication with the host was easy, and the place was nice.

Excellent NEW property. Along with new comes a punch list of builder finishing touches that still need competed, but the property is great and the punch list to be expected. Lots of room with TVs everywhere. Plenty of parking, but street is not yet paved. Not a problem for my Subaru, but a low profile car might struggle. Noteworthy for elderly guests, the first thing inside the door is a flight of stairs.

Lovely brand new townhouse, still needed a little finishing (brand new couch not completely assembled) and backyard gate was installed the next day we stayed. I’m sure it will be stunning when complete!
