Our Family home is located on a peaceful road in Bengo, Hertford. It has 3 large bedrooms (plus an office/ 4th bedroom), a large garden large drive and is a 15 minute walk into town. The large kitchen diner is the perfect family and entertaining space with doors opening onto the Garden Patio with seating. This is a family house, so we pack away personal items when we're away but leave toys, games, books and cooking stuff etc. There is one main bathroom and a downstairs Loo Pets welcome :) Our lovely house us full of character and light. We've only lived here for three years and we have been lovingly renovating it since. The highlight has to be the lovely kitchen hand-built by a local joiner. Its seen a fair few drinks and dinners around the island since it was built in August 2022! Its a super sociable house with great open plan living downstairs. The garden is a great socialising space with a large trampoline and swing to keep the kids happy. The beds are comfy and the water is hot. The bath is a personal highlight:) super fast WiFi and endless TV channels, lego and books :) The house is suitable for families and extended families only. It is a quiet area and we do not allow large groups of Adults. One main bathroom with great walk in shower and freestanding bath, plus a downstairs loo.

We stayed over NYE as a group of friends with kids and the house was perfect for us. Very spacious and with everything you'd need: kitchen equipment, toys for the kids, big back garden etc. The host even decorated for Christmas, which was lovely! It's also a very nice area with a good playground, park and coffee places close by. Would highly recommend!
Sophie’s beautiful home was the perfect setting for my family’s Christmas this year. It had everything we needed to cook up a great roast, plenty of space to play games and dance around the dining table to Motown and cheesy Xmas tunes, a cosy lounge for digesting with some movies and enough toys to keep the little ones entertained for hours. Plus cosy beds for dreamy lie-ins. Sophie was also super responsive and friendly! Highly recommend!

a 10 minute walk to town. There are many countryside walks on your doorstep as well as multiple train stations that get you to London in 40 mins.
10 min walk from Hertford North Station/ 15 from Hertford East. Or a super short taxi ride.
5 mins in to a handful of nice pubs, 10 minutes to the local park, 15 minute walk to town. Hundreds of nice walks and bike rides a walk from the house.
