Bolmen has good fishing with plenty of pike and perch but also zander. Things to see and do in Ljungby and the surrounding area The nearest shop is Ica Togo in Tannåker 6 km. There is also a boat bar in the adjoining premises. In Bolmstadhamn there is a nice café during the summer. Ljungby is 17 km away and has many nice museums such as The Fairy Tale Museum and the Sven Ljungberg Museum. There are moose parks in both Lagan, Hamneda and Markaryd. Of course, you are also close to Växjö, Värnamo, which has a large selection of restaurants and shopping. The Glass Kingdom, Astrid Lindgren's World and Gränna are wonderful excursion destinations.
