Apartment has a modern and cozy feel with amazing location in Condado, short walk away from two different beaches, Marriott Resort, La Concha, Vanderbilt and other great hotels. Located on affluent Ashford Ave filled with great shops, boutiques, restaurants and more. A spacious studio on the seventh floor with breathtaking views of both the lagoon and the ocean. The apartment is fully remodeled with a lot of attention to details, you will feel right at home.

Great Location, close to everything. Tenants and other guest were very nice. Adrian was very responsive at all times and always checked in.

We had an awesome stay at Adrian’s place!!
Adrian’s place and balcony view is just amazing. A well rested vacation due to the cozy, warm atmosphere of Condado lagoon and partial ocean view. I do have to mention that possibly having an extra set of bedsheets and extra towels would’ve helped opposed to using the same sets. Overall I recommend anyone staying at Adrian’s condo.

Located in one of the best neighborhoods of Puerto Rico - Condado, this amazing apartment has everything to offer: access to two different beaches, bars and restaurants, shopping and easy access to major highways and Old San Juan.
The best way to get around Condado is on the bike or a scooter, both could be easily rented through an app right from the street.
