Un departamento espectacular, con todas las comodidades, se siente como en casa, el conjunto residencial con un áreas sociales impecable y muchas cosas para hacer, muy completo; Lukas un anfitrión insuperable en todo especialmente atención al huésped, la zona muy tranquila segura y central para cualquier lugar, fue una experiencia inigualable en nuestra estadía en Medellinl, muy muy recomendable este departamento. Very very cool place. I use this stay to work from Medellin. Lukas was extremely helpful and provided 2 workstations and one of them had a monitor to use. The house is just like the picture and the views are even better than the pictures. Super place, highly recommended. Also, security is super friendly and helpful.

Had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb with my husband, 2-year-old, and dog. The location was perfect – close to restaurants and malls, with a quick 15-20 minute ride to Provenza. The unit was excellent, impeccably cleaned, and the host was highly responsive. The building's amenities, including a pool and playground, were a hit with our son, who loved playing with the other kids in the building. The balcony/patio was maybe the best feature with a built in grill. The AC was also a huge benefit. And the host was super responsive and flexible. Highly recommend!

Amazing beautiful apartment with all you need for a long stay ! Lukas was very responsive and friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant and comfortable - I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely consider staying here next time if it is available. Lukas and Manuela were great hosts. Check-in/out went smoothly and any issues that arose were taken care of expediently. The apartment is very modern. The floors and paint have been recently updated. The terrace and all the plants create a nice ambiance. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare a meal for our family. Per the repairman: The hot water heater is small for the apartment and only provides enough hot water for one shower to be used at a time. We had a few issues with the water turning cold and had to continually turn the water on and off until the water would heat up, but once it did, it worked decently. The building amenities are great for a family. Our son really enjoyed the two children's play areas, the basketball/soccer court and the heated children's and adult swimming pools. Overall, it was a very good place to stay and we look forward to staying here again.
