Lindsay’s home was one of the few per friendly homes in Newport. Not only was the location perfect, Lindsay was flexible with check in and understanding about our pets tagging along for our wedding weekend. The house was so beautiful we had our getting ready photos there. The house also has parking which made prepping for our weekend easy. The house is well stocked and very clean. We can’t thank Lindsay enough for making our wedding weekend stress free. We look forward to coming back.

This was our second visit to the Tree House. The space is perfect, parking on the property is a plus. The central location to some of our favorite spots in Newport is so convenient. We are ready to book our next stay.

We loved that there is plenty of parking and a nice yard all within walking distance to downtown to shops, restaurants and so much that Newport has to offer. The location is fantastic. The house has old historic charm typical of the Newport area and is decorated beautifully. The kitchen has everything one would need to prepare meals. The floors are a little uneven (typical for a home of this vintage) so an elderly person with impaired balance would need to be careful. The Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable. I live on a dead end road in a very rural setting so it took me a bit to get used to the sound of traffic and light during the night. It is less noticeable on the second floor. I also liked that in addition to an iron there is an ironing board. I have stayed at many places where I needed to iron on the bed. Newport is an amazing area with lots to do and see and the Newport Tree House is a great place to stay. Lindsay was very quick to respond to our messages! A super host.

We loved our weekend stay at Lindsay's Treehouse. The location is prime for walking to local attractions, you will not really need a car once you park. The space itself is beautifully appointed and provides all the amenities you will need. The fenced in yard was clutch for our pup that joined us on the stay. We can't wait to come back and stay again!
