Gas logs are working and are turned on by remote control. We just switched the white rug out for a navy one making it easier to clean & vacuum. Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring is throughout the house, so when you bring your pet, it will be easy to clean up for our fantastic cleaning crew. The kitchen is outfitted with Smart Keurig Coffee Machine, 4 Slice Toaster, Blender, Griddle Maker, and plenty of pots & pans if you decide to stay in and cook a meal. There are dishes for 6 people. Plenty of glasses and Stemless red & white wine glasses. The dining table sits 6 people comfortably. Desk in the corner of the dining area for a dedicated work space, so it will not be in the photos. The bedrooms are decorated with nice amenities for all the guests. Our first bedroom is the primary bedroom with a king memory foam mattress, 50" Samsung TV on swivel mount. The luggage rack is stored inside the double door closet. The full bathroom is off the hallway with a tub/shower combination. The laundry closet is in the hallway and has a full sized washer & dryer and three laundry baskets if needed with all the amenities for washing clothes during your stay. Hall closets for coats. Hangers are provided in all closets. Full Ironing Board & Iron. The Back Yard & Deck The large oversized 14x20 back deck has a round 4 chair wrought iron table with an umbrella. Two other tall chairs in the corner overlook the fenced backyard, so if you did bring your pets, they are safe and secure. There are at least 10 stairs to the backyard in case you have an older dog. Traveling with Pets - After much thought, I am going to limit the dogs to 50 lbs. Please send me a inquiry if you have a large dog over the limit that doesn't shed, I could make an exception to the rule. Large dogs shed tremendously, especially in the summer, and it is hard for the cleaning crew to make sure it is ready for the next guest. Please clean up after your dog. Doggie Bags & Scoop provided. We appreciate your understanding. We have oven baked dog treats in a container in the kitchen. Food & Water Bowls are provided in two different sizes. I have added a storm back door with a doggie door to make it easier for them to gain access to the backyard.
