Our family really enjoyed our stay, even though we had to evacuate for two days in Orlando because of Hurricane Idalia. We did not get a refund on those days but would have like to be able to extend the check out time without charge. Also, we were not able to use our internet for this unit for 4 days until they can find the correct password for the wifi. The unit was without a "notebook" which includes basic instructions about the resort and the unit (wifi password). We were able to pick up another notebook from the Sandy Beach Vacation Rental office on Monday and we made sure to leave it out for the next guests.
