I had a great stay with Deepak. Location is peaceful and a nice change from the city. Deepak was welcoming and helpful. The food was very nice. Close to national park.

This is a wonderful escape from the noise and pollution Kathmanduit's a beautiful place visit in it's own right. The hosts were incredibly helpful every single day, including when I became sick. Their friendliness and hospitality makes this a stay that helps a traveller feel connected with the place and people. I appreciated the delicous food, the friendly dogs, the locals who were also helpful!, and the scenery The views! Do go to the cafe that is down the road - the view is amazing and the owner is a talented artist. A great place to stay, and definitely recommend.

My stay at Deepak’s was revitalizing and peaceful. The space is private and located in the serene hillside away from the busy city of Kathmandu, Deepak and his wife are so friendly and made me feel at home from the moment I entered. We had in depth conversations over the delicious food Saveena made and tea that was delicious. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, restful space with loving company. Thank you for the lovely stay

I want to come back. Such a beautiful and peaceful place! You can walk to the temples but Deepaks house is so far away from busy Kathmandu. He and Sabina are wonderful hosts and I also miss the dog's company. Thank you for some unforgettable days, it felt like home.

Welcome to a most peaceful place in Kathmandu! Between monasteries, temples and quit neighborhood lies the ground of Deepak and his family which welcomed me with open arms to their home. The mud house is simple, private and familiar at the same time. They shared their fresh from the garden picked vegetables and meal with me every day. The area is very nice to walk around, there's a coffeeshop just around the corner with an astonishing view over Kathmandu. Deepak and his wife helped me whenever I needed it (recommendations, booking a bus ticket etc.), besides that I enjoyed some very nice and enriching talks with them. I highly recommend this Airbnb and will come back!!
