The Phenix was very clean and pretty cool atmosphere. We parked in the parking garage next door and it was a 5 min walk. We’d definitely stay there again.
I’m in love with the Phenix! I book with them anytime I need an air bnb, and never regret it. Easy check ins and outs, and 90% of the time I love it so much I end up booking another one the following day just because I can’t get enough. definitely recommend staying at this wonderful place you will not regret your decision!!
Great place. Street parking. Contact free check in. Clean place but I would use a slippers to wall around the studio.
A Freaking Amazing Spot! Right in the middle of everything you want. Cheep and safe parking garage with in walking distance - $6 a day max no matter how much you go in and out. You’re provided a code for the entry and your room, you have access to the supply closet using that code with anything extra you may need and that’s where you can change the code for your room door if you find the need. The best coffee I’ve ever had in the room with a $200 something dollar coffee machine. I worked as an administrative assistant remotely while I was here and the Wi-Fi never skipped a beat! Can’t find a better place for an even better price! no cap.
Great place to stay in the heart of Bangor. Loved the coffee place downstairs. Cozy room, no windows.

Highly walkable. Uber/Lyft.
PARKING:
There is no onsite parking. Free street parking from 5pm - 8am Mon-Fri, and weekends. If it snows and they are plowing there is no overnight parking on the street and you will be towed. So then it's best to park at Pickering Square Garage.
Pickering Square Garage @ 100 Broad St. is the nearest public garage. About a 2-3 minute walk. It's $6 a day. Availability and pricing will vary for events/concerts so check the garages website first. The garage is locked on SUNDAY so you will need to pick up the garage key card from the Lobby luggage room to enter and exit the garage on Sundays. We have two guest key cards so please bring it back right after you use it so the next guest can use it.
