Nice place to stay just outside Edinburgh and the place is as in the pictures. Rachel even left us tea, coffee, cutlery, plates bowls etc. Rooms were tidy. Good place to stay in if you don’t want to pay the prices you do for Edinburgh and just driving in took about 30 mins or less.

The place was so clean and organised. You don't need a hotel room because everything in a five-star hotel was there. The WiFi did a trick for the kids - they got a chance to watch their stuff before going to bed.

very clean house and easy checking. Close to train station for train into Edinburgh. Comfortable bedroom. Downside was that outside areas not really useable as overgrown. It worked well for us as a location with easy access to Edinburgh and The Borders.
