Bathroom has wall mounted shampoo/soap dispensers at the sink and in the shower, removable handheld waterpik shower head, bidet toilet, complimentary amenities cabinet. General appliances include a Kitchenaid mixer, Vitamix blender, Keurig coffee maker, living room TV, continuous air filter, robot vacuum, water softener filtration system. Filtered reverse osmosis water (and ice!) available in the kitchen. MASSIVE refrigerator. Windows in dining area, kitchen, bathroom, and King bedroom are south facing, allowing plenty of natural light to come in. Laundry onsite, but downstairs. Washing machine utilizes water softener and ionic purifier systems. However, it’s a 2-in-1 combo, and takes 4 hours to complete a cycle. Limit to one load per day. Nearest large intersection is Academy x Fountain (24). Plenty of free street parking in a quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located 10-15 minutes from downtown, Old Colorado City, the airport, and the military bases. There are garden beds and a play house in the front yard to play with during the growing months. Very relaxing with the elm trees rustling to the right and the multiple wind chimes, drowning out the sounds of the city. Very pet- and kid-friendly. Low-pile rugs in the bedrooms. Sisal/jute rug in the living room, so your dogs and cats can dig and scratch to their heart’s content. Wall mounted cat scratcher by the bedrooms, and wall mounted baby gate at the top of the stairs. You won’t find one cable on the floor for kids to play with, pets to chew on, or dust to settle into; which allows the robot vacuum to thoroughly clean the unit throughout your stay. Pets will be welcomed with 1/2-1 cup of food, (Costco brand) pet bowls, leash, litter box, and some little goodies like catnip. Now they can enjoy their stay, too!
