Nice and big apartment located in a small building part of a quiet and private complex built on the grounds of the ancient period villa Villa Segesta, about 500 meters from the sea and the center, ideal for your holidays in Sestri Levante. The apartment have also a well sun exposed terrace and garden. The flat is just 3 minutes walk from the train station. The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of three, when you arrive at the address you will find the square of the private parking lots of the condominiums, along a small private road you will come to a gate and after a few steps you will find yourself in front of the entrance to the house. Here you will find a bright living area with a double sofa bed, dining table and TV, while on the other side of the room there is a large and equipped kitchen with a large fridge and freezer, stove, oven and dishwasher. There are also all the crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and cups for your stay. The room overlooks a small terrace overlooking a portion of a private courtyard. Along the corridor leading to the rooms there is a wardrobe that serves as a storage room and you can find inside cleaning products, drying rack, iron etc. We then find two bedrooms with two double beds, for a total of 6 beds.
