Nestled amidst a serene forest, this inviting and roomy residence boasts a mature fenced garden ensuring privacy. Ideal for gatherings with friends or family, it presents an array of indoor and outdoor games suitable for all ages, guaranteeing an abundance of entertainment. Discover a fully equipped kitchen downstairs that opens onto the terrace and heated swimming pool, while the spacious living room overlooks the front garden with fruit trees and the jeu-de-boules court. The ground floor comprises of three bedrooms with new beds and en-suite bathrooms overlooking the garden, with one featuring a bath and the others a shower. The upper floor is not rented. Enjoy a game of darts or table tennis in the covered barn or unwind in the hammock in a quieter part of the large garden. This lower floor of our holiday home accommodates 6 adults, with 1 baby bed available on request. If you require accommodation for 6-12 people, view our other advertisement where we also rent out the top floor. Relax in the fully equipped spacious kitchen with all necessary appliances, from dishwasher, washing machine, oven to a Nespresso machine. The living room has a comfortable seating area and smart TV, with a spacious dining table for cozy dinners. Take a dip in the heated pool with a sun-heated outdoor shower perfect for kids to splash around in. The pool has an automatic safety cover that meets European protection standards. Our holiday home blends modern and rustic styles with natural materials such as wood and stone to create an inviting atmosphere that can be enjoyed indoors and outdoors. Subtle industrial accents add a contemporary flair while emphasizing the rustic elements. With neutral tones and comfortable furnishings, this holiday home offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The périgourdine style gives a unique touch that will delight every guest.
