The good: amazing view with a nice pool to relax and enjoy the beauty of Koh Tao. Clean home. Good AC in 2 rooms. The bad: accessibility. This home is NOT a 20 min walk to Sairee beach unlike the claims the owner made in his description. I would even say it is not reasonable to expect people to walk there. Yes there are no steps to get there but it is still a very steep uphill to reach the house. Only option is to get a taxi which is 400 baht each way (10-15 USD). If you plan to go into town often (we would go in during the day for activities/go home to shower relax/go back down for dinner/drinks) it may not be worth it. AC only in 2 rooms. The other rooms are fan only and get very hot. No WiFi during our stay (3 days). They claimed it would be fixed the next day but never did.

Stunning views and sunsets. Steep hills and A/C only in some bedrooms. Pool was a bit too cold to enjoy. Clean home and enjoyable hosts made a difference in our stay. Thanks again.

The view of this villa is amazing! It's an amazing place with great facilities. We didn't want to leave. It was just perfect.

I will recommend this Villa to any one who is going there in a group of 5 and above. Victor the host is super friendly and helpful! the house is well mentioned, kitchen comes with goos amenities and everything is perfect. There is one thing which stands out exceptionally is the view you will wake up to every morning you spend there. I could sit there the whole day sipping on a beer and watch the view from this beautiful house. Not to forget the swimming pool too is overlooking the vas expanse of the ocean. Thanks for a great experience Victor!

The view from NangYuan View Villa has to be one of the best in Thailand and the home is very comfortable and modern. It is a trek to the beech and shops/restaurants, but the view more than makes up for that.
