4 families stayed at Villa Chems for New Year’s Eve and a few days following. Communication up untill the arrival date was good, organising bedroom configurations, food, transfers and possible excursions. Airport pick up was good. We were welcomed by the friendly staff (and Rex the gentle dog) at the Villa. Patrick was kind and Khalid, Simon were particularly attentive, bringing drink and food. They were receptive to our questions and nothing was Tom much trouble. The house was immaculate, and rooms were tidied daily. Bed were comfy. Fires were lit evening which was cosy. The swimming pool was large clean and heated which is a bonus (although an extra charge to heat).! Special thanks to Sybille at the agency, and all the staff at the Villa. The cooks were produced excellent local food. And the gardener and security guards were all very pleasant and did not intrude . We would gladly stay again.
