This fantastic apartament is located in the heart of Santa Cruz and it is perfect for holidays with your partner or for business trips, as it has a capacity for 4 people, 300mb Wifi fibre internet and a desk, designed for teleworking. It has two beautiful bedrooms, the main one with a queen size bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom and the second one with a trundle bed and work area. It has a beautiful and modern kitchen fully equipped with all appliances and a functional distribution, open to the spacious living-dining room. It has all the comforts, 55" Smart TV, two comfortable sofas, a second bathroom with shower and access to the cosy terrace of the flat, where you can have breakfast and relax while enjoying the atmosphere of the place. This property is perfect for a dream holiday in Santa Cruz. With a privileged location, it has restaurants and supermarkets around, where you can walk to the main points of interest of the capital, as well as a magnificent connection with buses and tram to move around without using the car.

Wir hatten 2 fantastische Wochen in Santa Cruz und haben diese Zeit sowohl beruflich als auch zur Erholung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum - perfekt für uns zwei Kolleginnen, denn jede hatte ihr eigenes Zimmer und ihr eigenes Bad. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Lärmbelastung durch die Straße. Da sich die Fenster nicht komplett dicht verschließen lassen ist der Geräuschpegel permanent hoch, wodurch eine von uns so gut wie gar nicht schlafen konnte. Daran sollte unbedingt etwas geändert werden. Der Hinterhof mit dem verfallenen Nebengebäude ist sehr creepy, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
Great apartment! Clean and well located. Very spacious. The hosts communicated well and brought us everything we needed. We had to wait 30 mins when we arrived to be let in the house but other than that, our stay was wonderful.
The apartment was in a great position and very well equipped. It's on a busy road which was useful to get about by walking and close to bus stops. You can hear the traffic but that didn't bother us . Great place to stay.

Santa Cruz is a bright and cheerful city. Its streets, promenades and seaside avenues invite you to enjoy the fresh air, walks and parks, as it has an average annual temperature of 21.2ºC. In the city centre there are numerous lively pedestrian areas, where shopping is a pleasure, especially because of the ease of finding products from all over the world. The most important historical buildings coexist with great contemporary architectural works, such as the Auditorio de Tenerife "Adán Martín", designed by Santiago Calatrava, located just a few metres from the house. Several museums are just as close by, including Tenerife Espacio de las Artes (TEA) and the Museum of Nature and Man. Although the largest permanent exhibition in the city is in the open air, with sculptures by Henry Moore, Martín Chirino, Joan Miró and Óscar Domínguez, among other artists. The picturesque Nuestra Señora de África Market is an undeniable attraction, where you can buy all the typical products of the islands. Its most famous and extensive beach is Playa de Las Teresitas, with golden sand, adorned with palm trees and located next to the fishing district of San Andrés, both a ten minute drive from the house. Further into the Anaga mountains we reach the secluded and unspoilt beaches of Taganana, Almáciga and Benijo. The salt water swimming pools of the César Manrique Maritime Park are very close to the flat. There are several approved trails in the Anaga Rural Park, such as the PR-TF 2 which links the hamlet of Taborno with the neighbourhood of Valleseco, on the coast of the city. This trail allows you to get to know various ecosystems, such as the fayal heathland and some old farmhouses.
This beautiful flat is located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, with restaurants, shops and everything you might need just a few steps away. It also has a very fast connection to the motorway, so you can easily get to know both the south and the north of the island.
