Visiting family, your college students or planning a trip to some local attractions. Centrally-located 6 miles from the 79 Edinboro exit. 25-30 minutes from Erie, Conneaut Lake, Conneaut Ohio. 20 minutes from Meadville, 15 minutes from Saegertown. Newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 1 bath w/a beautiful kitchen set up w/all your basic needs. Close to 4 golf courses, 3 beach bars & breweries, wineries, wedding venues and Presque Isle. There are several Game Lands within 2 mile. Fish Erie or Pymatuning. Walking in through the enclosed front porch you will find, a pub table and 4 chairs to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or a great spot to have a card game. Relax on the original metal glider and two matching chairs . The living room is large and has new furnishings including a leather couch and matching loveseat that are power recliners and have phone chargers on the side. A wall mounted 55” smart tv also a side chair and ottoman. The dining area with table and chairs is open to the kitchen and living room for easy conversations with family and guests. A full brand new kitchen is stocked with all your basic needs. Including an ice maker and water on the fridge door. The downstairs bedroom features a full size bed with new mattress. The bathroom also newly renovated features a new shower/tub, single sink and large mirror. Washer and dryer and a pretty stocked closet with plenty of towels and a first aid kit. Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed. Both rooms upstairs have tv’s with Roku ready for you to chill and relax with your favorite shows. There is a side deck off of the dining room and a covered back porch with seating and a porch swing that over looks the fire pit. A large yard just over 2 acres. We are pet friendly, with a 50.00 pet fee. We ask that your pets stay off of the furniture (leather and nails do not mix) We also ask that you please take care of your pets waste, there is a garbage can next to the side deck.

Barbara is such a wonderfully kind and thoughtful host. Traveling with kids and a baby and dogs feels impossible and this is the first place we have ever stayed that made that stress melt away when we crossed the threshold. She had so many of the bulky hard to pack kids items that made it possible to leave in the first place. It was so peaceful and expansive. My kids loved the yard and neighboring playground. We loved the screened in porch area for the dogs and the furniture is so comfortable. My kids complained that we had to leave so soon and are planning our return. My daughter said the thoughtful eclipse cookies that greeted us on our arrival are the best treat she has EVER received. She also said the house is spectacular and she had the best time ever!!! This home will share a special place in our family’s memories forever.
Our family loved this place! Our 4 kids were so excited to see all the games, toys, books, and coloring books ready for them to play with, it made them feel instantly at home. For the adults, the place is very well-stocked too, with coffee supplies and plenty of toiletries. We would definitely stay here again!
Loved our girls trip. Barbara and her family were very attentive. Even helped get keys out of our locked car. House is beautiful and had so many things available for us to use. Very accommodating. Would definitely recommend the
Barbara is an excellent host. She goes the extra mile to make you feel at home and she’s extremely responsive. The house is very clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend this Airbnb and will definitely stay here again.
Barbara and Jeff's place is very nice, but they made it feel like home. The house and everything about it is great. Very comfortable beds and bedding, great kitchen, cookware and appliances, and great living/relaxing space. Pretty front, side and back porches. Barbara and Jeff are thoughtful, kind, and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at ease! I look forward to staying at the cottage again next time I'm in town!

Crossingville is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with beautiful church bells ringing on Sunday mornings. Take drives around the blocks and you will see deer and other wildlife in most fields just before dusk.
Lots of parking available the Cottage sits on over 2 acres. Bring your boats, campers or RVs with no problem. Plenty of room for kids and adults to play

I live across the street on my family homestead. I married my HS sweet heart we raised two wonderful children a daughter and son. We are blessed with a beautiful granddaughter that we are enjoying spoiling. We enjoy riding our Motorcycle, love home improvement and spending time with family and friends.
