Apartment with 2 rooms in row of 45m2 located on the third floor without lift on a courtyard in a 19th century building. In the Upper Marais within walking distance of Beaubourg and Republique. The apartment welcomes guests with an living space consisting of a dining area and kitchen on the right. This is well equipped, with washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine. At the end on the right there is immediately the bathroom with large shower, sink and toilet. The living room on the left is made up of a TV cabinet, a desk with bookcase and a sofa bed (140cm). Two windows on the courtyard offer a beautiful light to the room. At the back is the bedroom, with a double bed (160cm) and built-in wardrobes

This apartment was great for a one month stay. Marco was extremely responsive leading up to the trip and during my stay. He made check in so easy. The apartment looks just like the photos. It is also rather roomy, with lots of storage space. The *only* thing I noticed was some cooking items needed a re-clean, but that was very minor. The apartment itself was spotless. All the appliances worked. The WiFi was fast and reliable. I worked from the apartment several times with no issues on Zoom calls. You can’t beat the location. There is so much to do, drink, eat, and see within a 20 minute walk. If you want to be well placed to explore the Marais, the 2nd, 10th, or 11th, this is the apartment for you. The Arts et Metiers metro is right around the corner and you’re a 5-7 minute walk to République. There is a Monoprix, Franprix, and corner store all within 5 minutes, but I highly suggest checking out the Miyam and the many specialty stores on rue de Bretagne. I would stay here again!
We had a fantastic one-month stay at this apartment, which provided exceptional value compared to the generally high prices in Paris. Nestled in a charming area, I would wholeheartedly recommend it to friends and family. The apartment came fully equipped for a long stay, boasting a spacious kitchen, a large fridge, and an abundance of towels and hand towels. Marco went above and beyond by allowing early check-in and flexible check-out, demonstrating great flexibility. Additionally, his willingness to receive a package from online shopping added to the convenience. The affordability, location, and accommodating host, make it a highly recommended choice for a stay in Paris. So grateful to have “lived” in Paris in this sweet home.
Le séjour a été parfait chez Marco. Appartement spacieux, propre et très bien placé. L’appartement donne sur cours donc très calme. Marco est réactif sur chacune des demandes et très sympa. Je reviendrai avec plaisir lors de mon prochain déplacement professionnel.
This flat is in a fantastic area. We had everything we needed- restaurants, bakery, super market, metro, shops- all just steps away from the flat. The kitchen was well equipped. The flat was modern and appealing. Marco was a very responsive host. We needed an extra set of linens and towels, and he met our request right away. We even suggested a mattress pad, and he was happy to oblige. He was friendly and easy to work with. Thank you for making our stay so special!

Area The apartment is located just a short distance from the Picasso Museum, Hotel de Ville, Notre Dame, Isle Saint Louis, the Pompidou Center, and Place des Vosges, whose construction was requested by Henry IV in the early 1600s, built in brick and stone which is unique in Paris. Le Marais is a traditionally bourgeois district; the area itself covers parts of the 3rd and 4th arrondissements of Paris, on the Rive Droite, the right bank of the Seine. Most of the buildings in the neighborhood are historic. The streets are small and narrow, typical alleys of the past, with their own history. The area is rich thanks to its historical origins and location. The Marais has been an important part of the city since the birth of Paris itself.
