The house has 3 floors with narrow staircase (but still suitable). 1 bedroom, bathroom, and toilet on the 1st floor. 1 bedroom, well equipped kitchen, and living room on 2nd floor. 2 bedroom and 1 toilet on the 3rd floor. It also have a rooftop to dry our clothes. There is a dishwasher but we cannot use it. Have to buy a sponge but its oke. The house is clean and very convenient for 7 of us. 7 11 just right around the corner. Nearest bus stop is 2 min walk. We use it everyday. 210 yen to the ginza line at Asakusa station.

Stayed in Yuka’s residence for 19 nights and was an amazing experience! Location is close to everything but not out in the main street that is loud. Konbini was less than 2 minutes away, train station is a 10 minute walk and the Skytree was always visible and a 12 minute train ride or a nice scenic 20 min walk away. Local family owned restaurants are nearby and even fast food restaurants as well! The house has a washing machine but it wasn’t enough for 8 people but that wasn’t a problem as the house is close to many laundromat’s that are foreigner friendly and 24/7! The check in and check out process was seamless, rooms were clean, provided all the amenities needed for 8 people and never had to restock anything even after staying for 19 nights! The house felt right at home and was a great place to just chill out at night right after all the walking in the morning. Would really recommend staying here as the house is perfect and Sumida is the best city to experience living as a local!

The place is very nice. You can get everything you need. The rooms are all clean and tidy. It is kids friendly. My baby is safe to stay here. I recommend this place to all family.

The place has 3 subway station near 10 - 20 min walk which is good excise in the morning. Also it has Tokyo Tree Tower in 15min walk and this place has many dining options and site seeing places. The place is easy to find and instruction is very clear and the host response almost real time. We had 10 people staying and had no problems to enjoy our gathering and private time. I would recommend this place whom to visit as a group and spend great time.

Nice place, look exactly the same with the photo. Recommend for big group of people. The host is very nice and fast response.
