Luxury 4 bedroom house with private rear garden. Located near Muswell Hill, restaurants, cafes, independent shops, supermarkets, excellent bus services are all nearby. Close to Alexandra Palace, Crouch End and Highgate. Approx. 10 minute walk to Bounds Green ( Picadilly Line ) Underground station (less by bus) with access to central London within 20 minutes. It's an excellent base for couples, families or groups to explore London. Guests will enjoy exclusive access and use of the house. All the rooms in the house are carpet free. The only carpet is on the stairs to the first floor. Free parking on the street, no parking restrictions. The house has just recently been refurbished in November 23.

une très belle maison, bien équipée. les lits sont confortables et l'hote à été très réactif pour répondre aux diverses questions. bien située dans Londres dans un joli quartier avec des commerces de proximité (15-20 min). nous avons adoré notre séjour. merci Pam 😊

Perminder’s house was perfect for our 2 families, spacious and comfy. The Muswell Hill area is beautiful with lots of nice shops and restaurants. Transports are easy and close enough (10 minutes walk on quiet streets). Our stay was great!

Such a lovely host, smooth and clear communication. Had a lovely stay for my cousins 30th, short distance walk to the local station, shops and cafe. Can’t complain at all, the house is lovely and big and perfect for us.
