Die kleine Wohnung ist sauber und sehr ruhig. Wirkte aber etwas unfertig (z.B. viele unverkleidete Kabel). Im Bad gibt es keine Haken, um sein Handtuch aufzuhängen, kaum Ablagen für Rasierer, Zahnbürsten und co. Die Schlafkissen sind viel zu weich, da könnte man eine feste Alternative im Schrank bereitstellen. Das Bett ist angenehm straff. Eine Abdunklung des Zimmers ist nicht möglich, weil zwei von drei Fenstern keine Rollos o.ä. besitzen. Gleiches gilt für das Fenster im Wohnzimmer, man sitzt gefühlt auf der Dachterrasse vom Nachbarn gegenüber. Muss man mögen... Die Lage ist schön ruhig, Restaurants sind allerdings nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Parkplätze knapp.

The stay was just what I need at the time, felt it was a little too expensive for what it was tho - also had some troubles with the hot water and electricity but once they were stored I was very happy

We had a good time in Anders'apartment. The place is beautifully renovated, with a wonderful taste, smells good, and complete of everything one could need for a brief stay. I'd even say it's better than in the pictures. Fonteno is a small village nicely placed, 10min driving from the lake and close to some nice hiking routes in the hills. However we had some minor issues that made the ratings drop a point: it was hard to find a parking space nearby (maybe due to high season?), airco (new) was not working properly (in one of the hottest summer weeks ever), the inner court is a bit messy/shabby, the hairdryer could not work in the bathroom because it lacked a proper adapter, garbage sorting was not clear. We talked to Anders about all this and he was very supportive and nice. Overall we were happy about the stay, I'd say with some little fixing this place can easily be a four stars!

Very nice, cozy and modern apartment, located few kilometers from the lake. The place was clean and it was easy to find. Anders always communicated and responded quickly to our messages. If you are by car, would fully recommend this place for your stay, as you have a great starting point to travel around lago d´Iseo.
