Pros- location, nice space, had all listed amenities, easy to use TV, assigned parking, close to coffee (Aroma Joes, Dunkin Donuts), and some restaurants (Common Man Deli, Wendy's, local diner), as well as adequate living space provides and nice view of river Cons- stairs are very steep and not carpeted which means going carefully and slow (bathroom on bottom floor with bedroom in top), Ikea frying pan should be replaced as it is burning in the middle, floor AC unit appears to be quite old and doesn't work well.

Great little place. You can hear the river running right behind the house(which I LOVED), and it was very quiet and relaxing! Kitchen was remarkably well stocked which is great as I used it to cook dinner.

We had an amazing time! The place surpassed our expectations and Briana was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The instructions for accessing the place were a breeze to follow. I would highly recommend this cozy and serene spot to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway experience.

This space was very enjoyable. The kitchen is very well equipped and the rest of services are more than ok. However, we had a little bit of hard time with temperature inside. We spent most of time outside during our stay but when we came back to the studio we noticed it was kinda cold. We were aware of the host recommendation to not rise the temperature and read that the place was pretty well insulated and with your own proper clothes was enough, but most of time it wasn’t, specially at night or early morning as it was around 19ºF degrees outside. I think the bed needs a proper winter blanket instead of a very thin one, or maybe just leaving one in the room as a backup to not bother host in the middle of the night would be nice. Although cleanliness was generally fine, the carpet had lots of pet hair and the bed clothing had a funny smell, which can be a bit unpleasant. Nothing of this was a big deal to not enjoy our stay :) Thanks!
