6 double-bedrooms (or twins on request, two may be changed into triple bedrooms on request), 7 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 1 livingroom, 1 dinigroom, furnished garden, It is an apartment on two levels: at ground-floor you have a very large dining-room able to accommodate the whole group of persons, with a fully equipped kitchen with 4-rings-stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Italian-moka-machine, toaster, kettle, American-coffee-machine. From the dining-room, you have access to a private shady garden equipped with BBQs, tables and chairs in order to relax or organize dinners or parties. At ground-floor, you also have 1 double-bedroom (that may be changed into a triple-bedroom on request) and 2 bathrooms (each one with shower, WC, bidet, basin, one of them is suitable for handicapped people). At the upper-floor you have 5 double-bedrooms (or twins on request, one may be changed into a triple bedroom on request), 5 bathrooms (shower, WC, bidet, basin), one living/dining-room with sofas, Digital-Terrestrial-Television (DTT) and a working fireplace and with a second (smaller) kitchen with 4-rings-stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Italian-moka-machine, toaster, kettle, American-coffee-machine. Private heating. WI-FI HighSpeed Internet connection in each room . Fully air-conditioned.

L'alloggio è magnifico e tenuto benissimo, pulito e super accogliente. È un po' fuori mano ma noi lo abbiamo scelto proprio per la posizione isolata e immersa nella natura; in ogni caso con mezz'ora di macchina si arriva in diversi posti meravigliosi. Nicola è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Raccomando vivamente un soggiorno qui, è rigenerante!!
This place is a gem, the guest houses are excellent. We had everything we needed and more. The pool was lovely, the beds were a little firm but comfortable. The water pressure was really great! Everything was clean and good. Top tip, watch for hot air balloons landing around 8 am in the fields in the valley below. The bounty of Tuscany is before you. Nicola was a friendly and helpful host. He was there for us whenever we needed, even though he was busy with the grape harvest for the wine. He was patient and came over for check in and answered our groups many questions about day trips and maps and had several suggestions which he mapped out for us. He brought us an enormous cake that everyone enjoyed and commented. The estate produces wine and olive oil for purchase. Enjoy!
Nice place and very helpful host who makes everything to make your stay enjoyable. It is well equipped and each rooms have their own bathroom which is very convenient. I would just signal that this is indeed an apartment (there is another apartment in the same building), and depending on your neighbour can be a little bit busy. Second point of clarification there are other buildings in the same place hence the swimming pool is shared and can be crowded which was not obvious from the ad. Overall we are recommending this place and have spent a nice week in Montespertoli but I would think this info should made more transparent.

La posizione è incantevole. Gli alloggi sono comodi, ben forniti e di una pulizia impeccabile. Nicola ci ha seguito con pazienza dal giorno della nostra prenotazione fino alla nostra partenza, dimostrandosi un ottimo host. Consigliatissimo.

Last year I have decided to renovate the whole property and to fully dedicate myself to offer to guests the opportunity to taste the best of my region, Tuscany. I also dedicate myself to the production of wines and extra-virgin-olive-oil. I will be very happy to welcome you at PODERE LE RONDINI and share our Chianti culture with you!
