Two spacious living rooms - Living room 1 has an open floor plan where you will enjoy the quality kitchen amenities. Free high speed WIFI with streaming apps(Netflix, Disney+, Stan, Prime, SBS on demand, ABC, and iQIYI, etc) available for you to log in into your own account. -Living room 2 is used as dedicated office/home theatre/3rd bedroom. The powder room is accessible in the living area. A 27inch monitor with HDMI cable is provided if you have to work on large documents. You will also enjoy the 100inch projected movie screen while relaxing on the sofa bed. The Balcony - the specious 15 sqm balcony has a 270 degree view over the heart of Canberra CBD. Sam was a great host. Very responsive and amazing in helping us get some items back that we left in the apartment. Location was great, right in the city centre. Easy to access food, coffee, shopping, and a park right across the road with a kids playground. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Also had plenty of kids books and toys, which was great! Amenities such as Pool and gym were awesome!
This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at Sam’s apartment. Clean, comfortable and spacious in a great location.

The apartment is quite spacious for a city location, and easily accommodated our family of four. The facilities are excellent with a lap pool, sun deck, spa (a little cool) and well appointed gym. The location is fantastic and within walking distance to grocery stores, theatre, pubs and restaurants. A car space included is handy for getting out and about. Sam was very responsive to our messages, flexible and a pleasure to deal with. April is a lovely time to be in Canberra too.
