This spacious apartment boasts three beautifully designed bedrooms to accommodate your every need. The first bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a cozy double bed. Additionally, the third smaller bedroom is equipped with two comfortable single beds, perfect for friends or family. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher so you can sit back and enjoy your holiday. Step out onto the balcony or relax on the terrace, where you can unwind and enjoy refreshing drinks. Our property promises a delightful and memorable stay for guests seeking both style and comfort.

This is a well appointed and curated apartment. Anything and everything that you can think of, Vako has it readily available in the apartment. From the list of ‘things to do’ to his recommended restaurants, everything was spot on. Vako had thoughtfully kept a bottle of wine with some local specialty eats. Unfortunately, we only had planned two nights in Batumi but we loved the area. Parking is in the premises with a boom barrier controlled access. Parking is a challenge on the streets of Batumi and it was extremely nice to have our own private lot. Lots of small eateries near the apartment. It’s only a five minute walk to beach to catch spectacular sunsets. If we are in the area again, we will most definitely be staying here again!

Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich wunderschön, sehr sauber und liegt sehr zentral. Man konnte wirklich alles zu Fuß erreichen. Wenn ihr Batumi besucht, dann empfehle ich diese Unterkunft wirklich von Herzen!!! Die Wohnung war wunderschön eingerichtet und hatte wirklich alles was man braucht. Sogar eine Flasche Wein und Wasser, sowie eine georgische Süßigkeit wurde uns bereitgestellt. Unterhalb der Wohnung gibt es einige Restaurant, Cafés, Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei. Vako und seine Mama waren jederzeit erreichbar. Danke nochmals für die tolle Woche in Batumi!

Einfach nur zu empfehlen, BEZAUBERND!!! Die Lage ist TOP👌🏻, man hat alles in der Nähe, gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufen gleich ums Eck, Meer in 2 Minuten zu erreichen, wunderschöne Kafe im Haus. Gastgeber 🔝, antwortet schnell, hat uns einen Guide zur Restoarant und Sehenswürdigkeiten geschickt. Wohnung sehr schön, haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt, man hat alles was man braucht, sogar mehr. Ich bedanke mich bei Vako für schönen Aufenthalt. 😍

On the first floor of our building you'll find 24-hour convenience store, pizzeria, and a tasty breakfast/brunch place called Freeduchio (our recommendation shakshuka dish).
Batumi Boulevard, Nuri Lake, and Dolphinarium are all 4-minute walk away.
Our place is located right between old Batumi and new development, making it convenient to walk to either side. You'll rarely need a transportation to get around.
