It's surrounded with a good place to eat and the enviroment in the apartment is quite comfortable. The grocery store is close along with the markets, and it's not that far from the nearest MRT although you need to walk 10 minutes to get there. I nice place for a long stay.

The place was just as seen in the photos. It was clean and tidy and the kitchen was equipped with all the basics. The air-conditioning was functioning well, however, slightly less powerful in the the bedroom compared to the rest of the apartment - maybe I just didn't know how to use it. I chose this place specifically because of the neighbourhood and was not disappointed. It's a 10-minute walk to the BTS train station, a 15 to 20-minute walk to IconSiam shopping mall, a 10 to 15-minute walk to a small shopping centre with Jetts gym (if you're a member) and a supermarket. A 3-minute walk to the local launderette cost me 90 bht to get all my week's clothes washed, dried and ironed! Nice restaurants and massage places are also in the 10 to 15-minute walk range. All in all - the apartment was great, the region is great and I had a very comfortable stay. I certainly recommend this place!

My stay at Sakkarn's place was great! The apartment was cozy, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials, making it a comfortable home away from home. Sakkarn was a responsive host, always ready to help with recommendations and ensuring my stay was pleasant and hassle-free. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions (e.g., 5 mins walk to ICONSiam), delicious street food (also next to 7/11), and public transportation (3-5 mins walk to nearest BTS station). I highly recommend Sakkarn's place to anyone looking for a welcoming and convenient stay in Bangkok!
