Ben place is in a great location so nothing to fault there, however the place needs some maintenance and more attention to detail. firstly lock box was very hard to open took multiple attempts to open. the mattress was very old, very worn in and not comfortable, also the sheet didn't fit the mattress so kept coming off. bathroom shower pressure was great, however mold in bathroom. also in the bedroom there was no mirror to get ready not a major issue but a detaill which could be included would be a benefit. living room and kitchen we're nice everything you needed. overall place was OK but could do with some up keep and more attention to detail.

The studio is in a beautiful location. Very cosy apartment, this is the perfect place for a long or short stay. I would highly recommend this place to work from home people in Manchester who are looking for a quiet place but also not far from restaurants and nice pubs, the city center is very easy to get to and there are lots of things to do on Burton Road. Ben is fantastic host, proactive and very friendly. Thanks for the stay !! I would recommend the flat 100%.

Perfectly located for didsbury especially Burton Road. The lounge and kitchen area particularly comfortable. Parking space. Set back from main road so didn’t hear any noise. Ben very responsive. Would stay again
