Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base in Herepian South France. Just a short walk (less than 5 minutes) from the Herepian Bell Museum and "The Green Way" Passapais - 80 kilometers of pathway. Idea for walking or cycling to nearby villages such as Lamalou-les-Bains, Olargues, Bedarieux and many more. Just an 18 k drive to Gorges d'Heric with excellent swimming pools and wide walking tracks. Canoeing and kayaking available from Roquebrun. Downstairs off the entry/stairway is the kitchen with a round table for four persons as well as a lounge room and petite (tiny) outdoor patio with small round table with two plastic chairs. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms with queen beds and wardrobes. Also upstairs is the bathroom. The toilet is in the bathroom but has its own door. The bathroom has a shower, bidet and single-hand basin.

Herepian is a lovely village located in between Bedarieux and Lamalou-les-Bains. The village has a large tavern/bistrot, pizzeria, premium restaurant, pharmacy, charcuterie, two bakeries, mini grocery mart, tabac, weapon shop, hair and beauty, florist and brocante. Intermache/grocery store, McDonalds, shopping and petrol station only 700metres away. Weekly market (very small) on Saturdays during the summer months.
Nearby is Lamalou-les Bains with hydrotherapy and many rehabilitation services are available. The Lamalou-les Bains 9-hole golf course is less than 3 kms away.
Lake Salagou is 30 minutes away. The closest beach is 45 minutes - Vias Plage. Another beach - Plage Castellas has a large public car park and toilets but no sun loungers or umbrellas for hire.

Taxi available opposite Bedarieux train station (3 ks away), regional bus services available. Fast train from Beziers train station (30 minutes). Bezier Airport 50 minutes.
