I had a very good experience staying at this property. The property is in a quiet locality, and yet most tourist attractions like Charminar, Golkonda Fort are within 10 km distance. This place (I guess) is a newly constructed building. All the rooms are very spacious, with all furniture in place. Fully-functional kitchen has a Refrigerator, Gas Stove, Microwave and all the kitchen tableware a family needs to cook and eat. A grocery shop right across the streets is an added advantage. Check-in and checkout were quite seamless. Mr. Akram was very polite and approachable. He checked us in within minutes of reaching, and also showed us around the place. There is good amount of parking space in the premises with CCTV for additional peace of mind. My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this place and we will definitely look to come back to this place in future.

I was slightly hesitant seeing less number of reviews, but this place turned out nice. My family spent 3 days and they were fully satisfied.
