The apartment was well-furnished with beautiful views, but be wary of the stairs! Long slog to the top of the building and then two staircases in the apartment itself, both a little difficult. (It’s a very old building in the medieval quarter, so someone modernized an unusual space.) However, it had a beautiful terrace, a generous living room, a great kitchen, and comfortable beds. Overall, we were pleased with the location, and the host was amazing.

There were a few maintenance issues that I experienced. I'm confident that they will be addressed. The only downside to this is the stairs! The stairs are absolutely punishing. Once you're inside, theirs many more stairs you'll have to navigate. All of it is worth it for the view!

Die Wohnung ist zentral in der Altstadt in einem Altbau gelegen. Das Wohnzimmer mit Küche ist angenehm gross mit Meersicht. Toll ist die Terrasse ebenfalls mit Meersicht. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit kleinen Lüftungsfenstern und WC/Dusche sind im Eingangsgeschoss. Ein zweites WC ist ein Halbgeschoss höher noch unter dem Wohnzimmer. Es heisst also Treppensteigen im Haus und der Wohnung. Die Küche ist nicht üppig aber ausreichend mit Gasherd ausgestattet. Über ein paar Schwächen darf man grosszügig wegblicken, es handelt sich schliesslich um ein altes Haus. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten!

La casa si trova in una delle strade più belle del centro storico di Salerno. L’interno è molto spazioso e fornito di tutto il necessario. La vista sia dalla casa che dal terrazzo è strepitosa, è possibile vedere la costa, le strade e i tetti del centro storico. Simone è stato davvero gentile durante il nostro soggiorno, sempre disponibile e tempestivo. Torneremo sicuramente!
