Swim, sail, body board and fish in the loch at the end of the garden next to this luxury cottage. Decorated in homage to the Victorian Highlands, the cottage has views of Loch Sunart, the ancient forests of Ardnamurchan and the Morvern hills. Set by Camas Inas Burn, see deer, pine martens, eagles and badgers in the front garden whilst sitting in the lounge. Nearby are a local distillery, shops, restaurants, beaches, walks and access to the Inner Hebrides. 4G. Fibre broadband. Set next to a burn and a minutes walk to Loch Sunart sits this small cottage. It is decorated in a Scottish Victorian style but with every modern convenience. The front bedroom with views of the loch has a Victorian half tester bed. The back bedroom has two single beds but they can be converted to a double bed. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The bathroom has a walk in shower. With an open fire and central heating, you will have a cosy stay.

An amazing stay. Nigel’s place was gorgeous in the most beautiful location. Cottage was very clean and tidy, and beautifully decorated. Pine marten visits every night were a lovely surprise, and he suggested plenty of places for us to visit during the day. We hope to stay again!

Nigel was a fabulous host, he had thought of all the comforts to make our stay luxurious and family friendly. Bringing our dog with us was easy and we felt very at ease. The loch is a short walk through Nigel’s garden and we were able to have great fun in the water every day. We brought our paddle boards with us and at times it felt like we had the whole loch to ourselves which was bliss. This has been a wonderful holiday for the family where we could breathe in the tranquility and beauty of the Highlands from the cottage with the ease of exploring further afield.

Nigel’s place is lovely and as described. We felt right at home. The cottage was super clean, luxurious and beautifully appointed and we had everything we needed. The kids had an amazing time fishing at Loch Sunart and the cottage is well located to go for day trips to places such as Tobermory and the Treshnish Isles. Nigel is super helpful and he was at hand if we needed anything. Thank you so much Nigel! We will definitely be back.

Very near to Loch Sunart, the cottage is set in the bay of Camas Inas which is a small hamlet of 12 other properties. It is quiet but with plenty to do: walks, going to various beaches, visit the distillery, take a boat trip to see dolphins, otters and sea eagles close up, or just sit and watch the beautiful Morvern mountains. Pine martins and deer can be seen from the cottage and Harry Potter country is just up the road. You can get the ferry to Ardnamurchan or drive around the Peninsula past the isles of Eigg and Rhum and the Glenfinnan viaduct. Tobermory on Mull is near and there are lots of good fish restaurants to visit.

You will need a car. Much of the road near the cottage is single track but there are plenty of passing places and it is quite safe. There is a bus service. A local GP and fire, ambulance and coastguard are on the Peninsula. Lots of parking available.
